Situated on a magnificent 30 acre site within walking distance of Ascot High Street, 1 mile from Ascot Station with direct trains to London Waterloo and just 10 minutes from Royal Windsor, our school boasts a range of exceptional facilities that can be hired on a regular or short term basis.
Because of our wonderful location, facilities, and multi-functional site, we are a much sought after venue as the preferred choice for music and theatre groups, residential summer schools and sporting camps. In addition, we are the perfect option when looking for a film location, private celebrations or weddings which can all be catered for.

- Indoor Sports: 25m, six-lane indoor swimming pool. Large sports hall. Eight floodlit tennis courts and six floodlit netball courts. Cricket net.
- Chapel.
- Theatre: State-of-the-art 300-seat theatre with stage and orchestra pit. Drama Studio. Music rooms. Recording Studio.
- Sports Grounds: Three lacrosse pitches, football and athletics.
- Specialised Spaces: Mirrored dance studio, Technogym fitness suite. Cookery and food technology room with 7 stations.
- Classrooms: Light, airy and versatile classrooms.
- Private dining rooms and lounge spaces.
- Pavilion: An ideal venue for hosting sporting events.
- Residential Accommodation: Three boarding houses sleeping 156 with dedicated kitchens and common rooms.
- Car Parking: 100 spaces, including 4 electric charging points.
- Grounds: Our 30 acres of grounds provide the perfect backdrop for marquee events and film location hire.
We offer our school facilities for hire during term time and on selected weekends and school holiday dates throughout the year.

Community Partnerships:
We have cultivated strong ties within the local community, extending a warm welcome to local and overseas residential groups, primary and prep schools, as well as local swimming and sports clubs.
- Bracknell & Wokingham and the Ascot Royals Swim Clubs frequent our premises, making use of our state-of-the-art 25m indoor swimming pool.
- London Pulse, Charters Netball League and Windsor Royals Netball Club choose our sports facilities for their weekday evening and weekend fixtures.
- Stagecoach, Ascot, are valued partners, utilising our Drama facilities in the Sue Cormack Hall.
- Park to Pro organises football camps using The Pavilion and our numerous sports pitches during the school holidays.
