Following entrance examinations, parents are asked to accept their daughter’s place at St George’s normally within two weeks following an offer and to pay the deposit.
The deposit is refundable less any outstanding fees owing to the school by means of a credit to the final payment when your daughter leaves St George’s.
The deposit will be retained, should the accepted place not be taken up. Please see below for an Acceptance Form and Terms and Conditions.
The deposit can be paid by credit card online by clicking here, by cheque or bank transfer.
Deposit’s are as follows:
Day pupil - £1,000
UK boarding pupil - £2,000
Overseas pupils (incl. EU) - £5,000

A full pack of information including joining instructions, how to obtain school uniform, policies, medical information, fees and travel is available for parents on our parent portal by clicking here. A copy of the password will be given to new parents following acceptance.
Every new pupil entering First Year to Fourth Year (Year 7 to Year 10), is invited to a Fresher’s BBQ in June.
This is an informal event and provides the chance for new parents to get to know one another while the girls enjoy getting to know key staff, their 'Shadows' (who are the girls who will be helping them to settle in in September) and a few fun outdoor activities.
