Our SLT
Led by Liz Hewer since 2016, the SLT at St George's is comprised of dedicated, experienced and talented teaching professionals. Each SLT member leads on a comprehensive portfolio of responsibilities which, combined, ensures St George's pupils receive the best senior school experience possible. The SLT is suitably supported by high performing staff including: the Academic Management Team; Heads of Year; Housemisstresses; Co-curricular Directors; Support Staff Directors; and an inspirational community of teachers and teaching assistants, support staff and associate staff.
Our Governors
St George’s has 12 school Governors who sit on four boards: the full board; the finance sub-committee; the strategy and marketing sub-committee; and the education sub-committee. The role of the Governors is to bring outside skills to an educational setting, offer support and strategic advice to the SLT and help shape the future strategy of the school.
